بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين.
وهذه قصيدة وجيزة مدحا وترحيبا للشيخ إبراهيم دمسن )حفظه الله آدم الله حياته(لحفلة مولد مولانا الشيخ الإسلام الحاج إبراهيم بن الشيخ عبد الله انياس الكولخى السنغالى التجانى )رضى الله تعالى عنهما( أما قبل,
In the Name of ALLAAH, the Beneficent, the Merciful. All adorations are due to ALLAAH, the LORD of the Universe. May the Blessings and Mercy of ALLAAH be upon the one that was sent to serve as MERCY to the Universe.
This is a short poem composed to eulogise and welcome our Spiritual Father "Shaykh Ibrahim Dimson" (may ALLAAH preserve him and elongate his life for us) during the celebration of commemorating our father "Shaykh Ibrahim bn 'AbduLLAH Inyas al-kawlakhy As-Senegaly at-Tijaniy (may ALLAAH be pleased with father and son).


سلام على برهام دمسن حبيبنا # صلاة على برهام دمسن إمامنا,
May the Peace of ALLAAH be upon our father "Shaykh Ibrahim Dimson" our BELOVED. May the Blessings of ALLAAH be upon you sir, you are our LEADER.

فأهلا وسهلا مرحبا ثم مرحبا # نقول لكم شكرا جزاك إلاهنا,
Welcome sir, you are hail sir, indeed you are APPRECIATE.
We say  to you sir that "May Our Lord reward you HANDSOMELY".

وبرهام دمسن شيخنا ذو معارف # ولي تقي عاشق لنبينا,
Our father (Shaykh Ibrahim Dimson) is a GNOSTIC.
A SAINT, A PIOUS, AN ADMIRER of Our Apostle (Muhammed صلى الله عليه وسلم).

ورؤيتك عزا لدينا ورحمة # وروحا وريحانا ورفعا لسعينا,
Seeing you in our midst is an HONOUR and MERCY for us. A MYRTLE you are for us, you are our PSYCHE, you elevate our endeavour.

وبرهام دمسن عالم وهو ماهر # أديب شجاع تابع لنياسنا,
Our master (Ibrahim Dimson) is a LEARNED and also a QUICK-WITTED man.
He is an erudite SCHOLAR, DAUNTLESS, a follower of NIYAS.

محب لبرهام خليفة شيخنا # أبوبا أبا العباس شيخ تجاننا,
He is a LOVER of Shaykh Ibrahim who is a vicegerent of our Spiritual father.
Our Father, Father of 'Abbas, Shaykh Ahmad Tijani رضى الله تعالى عنهم

خديم لبرهام نياس لكولخى # مسمى أبا إسحاق برهام عزنا,
He is a SINCERE servant of Shaykh Ibrahim al-Kawlakhy.
Who is famous as ABUL-ISHAQ, BARHAM our HONOURABLE.

مطيع لشيخى وهو حسن إمامنا # نجوم لنا والله ليثا ممدنا,
He (Shaykh Ibrahim Dimson) is a CONFORMABLE student of Shaykh Hassan Cisse.
He (Shaykh Hassan Cisse) is a STAR to us, a BRAVE, Our REVIVALIST.

وقلبك نور وهو جسمك مثله # وكلك نورا فوق نور منيرنا,
Your heart (Shaykh Ibrahim Dimson) is LIGHT, likewise your BODY.
Your ENTIRETY is LIGHT upon LIGHT, a LIGHT which illuminates us.

ولا أنس شيخى وهو نور حكيمنا # ولي تقي مرشدى وصفينا,
Never will I forget my MASTER, he is NURUL-HAKEEM (the LIGHT, the SAGE).
He (NURUL-HAKEEM) is a SAINT, PIOUS, GUARDIAN, the one that LIXIVIATES us.

وما زلت عبد الله وهو حميده # فاغفر لخطايا بهمة شيخنا,
I remain servant of Allah, the MOST PRAISEWORTHY ( I am ABDULHAMEED).

وصل وسلم للحبيب حبيبنا # محمد عبد الله ذاك إمامنا.
O ALLAAH! shower Your BLESSINGS and MERCY upon Your LOVER, our Beloved.
